PsylloPlus orange flavour

Dietary supplement of psyllium fibre. Thanks to its natural content of soluble and insoluble fibre and its strong ability to retain water, it promotes the formation of voluminous, soft and lubricated faeces. It is therefore indicated both in case of transient intestinal slowdown and difficult or incomplete faecal expulsion (constipation), and as a food adjuvant in the treatment of diarrhoea. It can also be rationally used to facilitate the achievement of a sense of satiety in diets globally aimed at controlling - reducing body weight, as well as in the nutrition of people affected by disorders of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, thanks to its action aimed at slowing the absorption of nutrients.

Ingredients
Psyllium 99% pure cuticle; flavourings; emulsifier - soya lecithin; acidifier - citric acid; sweetener - aspartame; colouring - safflower; anti-caking - silicon dioxide.
Sugar-free and with sweetener.

How to use
It is recommended to accompany the intake of the product with a sufficient amount of water (at least 200 ml), an amount normally equivalent to the content of a drink glass. Take the drink before it increases in consistency, in which case it may be less pleasant, but no less healthy. The useful daily ration is equal to one sachet one to four times a day or depending on the doctor's advice.
